Such a beautiful little boutique hotel. I absolutely loved the breakfast, especially the fact that it is available until 12 pm. The outdoor amenities don't seem to be used much by guests so they were kind of unattended to but still a great place to sit and read. The staff were really helpful and make sure your stay is very comfortable.

This was a good centrally located smaller property near Palermo. Ideal for exploring around. Staff were all friendly and nice; however, the property was a bit more dated than others we encountered on our trip.

This is a very nice hotel in Palermo Soho. Walking distance to many beautiful parks. The rooms are very small though. Breakfast was lovely.

Beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street in a trendy upscale neighborhood full of bars red and shops. Room was great bedding bathrooms and linens all upgraded Staff were amazing. Pool and patio were perfect and breakfast was wonderful

Loved this hidden boutique hotel.

My stay at 1828 was top notch from start to finish. The hotel was located in a convenient side of Palermo where you could easily walk to good eats, shopping, bars and other areas of BA. The staff was very nice and responsive. My room had a king size bed and balcony. The room was not huge but it worked fine for me. I absolutely loved the water pressure of the rain shower. Their breakfast was included and delicious. I would definitely come back again.

I really wanted to lobe this place. Many of the hotel features were great. It’s a beautiful little boutique hotel on the edge of Palermo SoHo. Great public areas and friendly helpful staff. There is a small breakfast, happy hour bar and a beautiful little courtyard pool/ sitting area. Our suite however was a real disappointment. We had booked a suite at a considerably higher price point. While the space itself was nice looking, we found ourselves without water so no shower to freshen up before dinner. The next morning still no water until late morning when I could fill the tub half full with tepid water. We had a jetted tub on the balcony filled with leaves and dust. I cleaned it out and had a pleasant soak but on looking up realized that there were balconies above that directly overlooked my bathing area. The sills for the sliding doors to the balcony were also very dirty. We had made plans to stay here with 2 other couples and I was embarrassed with my recommendation. I don’t know if there was a glitch or for some reason things weren’t up to standard but like I started with it’s really lovely.
