I don’t usually leave reviews for hotels, but I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Joseph. The hotel is super cute; the room was so spacious and very clean. The bed was really comfortable, with great quality sheets. The staff were very friendly. The AC/heating worked perfectly, so it really feels like a place where you can rest. There are tons of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner within a four-block radius (and everything we tried was great), so location-wise, you can’t go wrong. The Subte station is nearby too, so you’re well connected to other neighborhoods. Overall - perfection! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to CABA.

Everything associated to this property is as advertised. Nice rooms, clean and worth the good rating. Staff was very helpful pre-arrival and assisted with luggage storage on day of departure. Like most businesses in Argentina, ensure to have WhatsApp for communication with hotels or travel agencies. Street traffic may be a bit noisy in the early morning. Italian restaurant next door had good ravioli.

Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend.

Excellente in Buenos Aires

The highlight of my stay at this nice hotel was my interaction with the English speaking front desk staff. Specifically, Gabriel and Isis could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Volunteering helpful information knowing I was a tourist was very much appreciated. There was a third staffer that was just as helpful but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. This is located in more of a residential neighborhood/barrio although there are plenty of restaurants and stores to shop in for necessities, snacks and beverages. It’s walking distance to the horse race track and I enjoyed going and watching the ponies. There is a restaurant right next to the lobby that I don’t believe is affiliated with the actual hotel but they have their own entry exit door from the inside. It’s a modern decor restaurant that was super clean and very nice staff. The inside of my hotel room was nicely decorated and modern with a kitchen, including cooking pan and dishes and silverware for two. A decent medium-size refrigerator as well. The only two shortcomings I found were no paper towels in the kitchen and only toilet tissue in the bathroom, no hand tissues. There’s a nice but small rooftop terrace where the pool and hot tub are located and easy access from the 10th floor elevator stop. If I ever return to the Palermo neighborhood I will definitely stay here without even looking at other hotels. Also, the House Exchange Palermo two blocks away, gave current exchange rates for foreign currency.

We liked the size of the room. Comfortable bed, towels need to replace very old. Quiet we were on the 9th floor not sure about noise. Staff very helpful Lots of coffee shops near the hotel.
