I was Never provided checkin information!

If I could give a negative reciew I would. I do NOT recommend this property! I was charged when I booked the apartment and the owner/seller never provided the check-in instructions nor lockbox codes. He responded to 1 of my 5 messages then totally ignored my request for the checkin info. The day before my trip overseas I was on the phone for over an hour with hotels.com trying to get my checin information with no results. Also I was told the charge was nonrefundable even though the checkin information had never been provided!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I had to book another hotel at the last minute on another website. Very disappointed with hotels.com for not issuing a refund when the seller obviously broke the booking agreement by never sending the checkin information!

Un DESASTRE y una ESTAFA

Reservé este departamento por hotels.com. Segun la confirmación de la plataforma debía recibir un mail con la clave de acceso ya que no hay recepcionista ni guardia. El mail nunca llegó y cuando me acerqué al edificio a las 2am no pude entrar. Llamé y escribí al teléfono de contacto y nadie contestó. Me quedé afuera en la calle a las 2am con las maletas sin poder entrar. Cuando me contactó el administrador/dueño al siguiente día le expliqué el caso y exigí la devolución. Han pasado 15 días y mensajes pasando 2-3 días y todavía no me devuelve el dinero. RECOMENDACION: No se expongan a pasar un mal rato.
