Property had great locaton to the Newbury airport that we were flying out of the next day. It was clean, large, inviting and the staff were friendly and accomodating. I would recommend to anyone. Sadly we were not there long enough to utilize all of the ammenties but it seemed like a great spot!

Average hotel, nothing special. Should be classified as "a newer 3 star hotel". Very, very noisy street in front of ER room. Noisy machinery at hotel roof shakes/roars the building. Building and rooms cheap built so already looking quite used. Carpets on aisles nasty and not cleaned. Elevators have limited capacity. Tour group hotel. Breakfast area super small. Better to go have breakfast on one of many small cafés in the area.
