Terrible experience. When we finally found the key to unlock the apartment 1A, THE DOOR LATCH WAS BROKEN. We could not fully shut the front door or lock up our apartment during our stay without fear we would not be able to get back in. The check in process was beyond confusing, between the various apps needed, the sheer number of confusing messages we were sent, etc.
