The hotel lobby is great. However, I was expecting better for the room for a 3.5 stars hotel: shower was old, missing a few commodities, toilet wasn’t clean enough when I arrived. Even though there wasn't parking at the hotel, we found a inexpensive parking garage open 24 hrs. not more than 2 blocks away. The pool did not seem to be open, great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again when I go back.

Great location, excellent service. I loved the breakfast, especially the variety and lovely warm pool; I found it ideal for relaxing after a long day. My only downside was the wifi; even the one allocated exclusively for the rooms does not seem to work. I used my mobile data, so it is no big deal, but it is something to pay attention to.

Excellent front end staff, friendly and helpful. Huge rooms, clean! Great breakfast! Unique indoor swimming pool! The area around the hotel seems typical for the city, lots of homeless, but they don't bother you.

A great place to stay in Buenos Aires!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was nicely varied and tasty.
