One of the best hotels in the world. Everything was as classy, excellent, comfortable as you would hope for. Worth every penny. If you go to Buenos Aires treat yourself to this hotel.

The property is really old and it needs renovation. The AC didn’t work and it was hell in the room. The beds were super hard. Sleeping on bricks almost. The service was hit or miss. Their were some good concierges and then some who wouldn’t even give you a time of day. There was one sever for breakfast that wouldn’t even give us a menu, it was extremely uncomfortable. It’s definitely in a nice area, but the hotel needs remodeling to make it a comfortable stay.

La atención del personal ha sido excelente y sumamente gentil. Tanto el personal de mostrador, de puerta como de cocina y comedor han hecho todo el esfuerzo pordar el mejor servicio. Cosas que no están a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría son, la falta de una plancha para ropa, un frigobar, no disponíamos de toallas para bidet y nos dijeron que si manchábamos toallas debíamos pagarlas. Se agradece el agua cada noche, pero sería prudente dar botellas cerradas (nuevas)
