Not at all excellent

I booked this hotel due to great ratings. Unfortunately for me this hotel was just bad. The breakfast is below avarage for a hotel in this class. The staff has poor English except reception is a bit better. I booked a Kingbed Suite but had two queen beds in my room. The bed had hair on it from a previous guest. The fridge was horrible noise and clearly broken since it didn't really chill its content even on coolest setting. The worst thing was the internet which from the room didn't really work and was really slow in the lobby too. I complaint but no action was taken to improve things. The rooms are advertised as soundproof which is not true, I could almost hear every single word out of the room next door. The list goes on. Would not recommend and not book again.
