This is a wonderful unit for a week long stay. Check in is easy, even when arriving on a holiday weekend (which I did) but if you are arriving from the United States be aware the key to the unit is not the usual affair. The keys have a slight bend to them and you need to make sure the correct side is inserted (the other side will turn but not open the door!). It takes a minute to figure it out but you'll get the hang of it (especially when your repeated attempts alert your neighbors LOL). A couple of other notes: if you want the hair dryer, coffee maker or iron alert the property manager in advance, they are not in the unit at arrival. If its a warm day the AC will struggle to keep up. To help, draw the curtain on the large window which will also give your bed privacy. For items like water, beer or snacks there are plenty of nearby 'kiosko" and if you want other grocery items there is a Coto on the other side of the park. More importantly, get out of the unit! It's a beautiful city to explore!

Great Stay in BA

We had a great stay at this loft apartment in Buenos Aires. The location is very good—situated in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The building has 24-hour security, which added peace of mind, and amenities like the rooftop pool were a great bonus.The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Weekly cleaning service was a nice touch, with fresh towels and essentials replenished. The kitchen is on the smaller side but fully functional, and with both large and small grocery stores close by (plus a Saturday farmer's market in the park), it was easy to manage meals.Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend!

Very good place to stay

Everything clean and ready to use. The attention was vey good and promptly. The apartment is a duplex, very well set in both levels. A bit noisy for my taste but it is a big city after all. Very satisfied.
