staff was fantastic - polite, professional, and very friendly. I went to drop my bags but my room was ready so they allowed early check-in. They cheerfully helped me book cabs when my phone was acting up. Great location, breakfast, front bar/ seating area. The hotel is somewhat dated as others have said, but was spotlessly clean. Excellent value

The hotel is very nice. My room, a double standard, was huge: very spacious, with a large bathroom, a king sized bed, and lots of closet space. The staff was also great, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel is located right in the city center, very close to theaters, restaurants and many touristic spots. You can walk or take the subway or a million buses walking just a few meters. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is great for the price. The location is amazing, and you won't have any problems looking for things to do around it. I wish they would offer the benefits I expected for my Expedia status, but they didn't. I'm still reserving again whenever I go back to Buenos Aires.

Location is one block from obelisk. A lot of things to do around the hotel, including tango shows. Breakfast was very good, many options were offered. We had a bit of lazy Sunday and were able to leave the luggage and spend several hrs in the city before flying back.

Spacious, clean, cozy hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires within 3 minute walk to the Obelisco and endless shopping and dining options. The room was big, clean and comfortable.
