Das Hotelzimmer ist groß und die Lage gut. Nun zu den eigentlichen Problemen: Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Außerdem war es extrem laut. Der Gastgeber ließ mich nicht gehen, und ich konnte keine einzige Nacht schlafen. Ich habe Hotels.com kontaktiert, doch der Gastgeber reagierte nicht. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Lärm nicht vom Hotel stamme – was jedoch nicht stimmt. Die Geräusche kamen eindeutig aus dem Treppenhaus: ein dauerhaftes, sehr lautes Lüftergeräusch, rund um die Uhr (7/24). Absolut unerträglich. Beim Auschecken war plötzlich der Glasteller der Mikrowelle kaputt. Man wollte mir die Kosten dafür als „Strafe“ in Rechnung stellen. Die Mikrowelle ist uralt und ich war es nicht! Wasserzufuhr teil defekt. Interessanterweise funktionierte die Kommunikation plötzlich problemlos, sobald es darum ging, Geld zu verlangen. Meidet dieses Hotel. Ich habe bereits 33 Länder bereist und bestimmt über 100 Hotels besucht – dieses war mit Abstand die schlimmste Erfahrung.

La habitación era amplia y estaba equipada para una estadía corta. La comunicación es por Whatsapp pero la propiedad responde muy rápido a todas las consultas. Solo agregaría, que para ser un apartamento, debería contar con algunos elementos de limpieza que nos faltaron, como escoba, pala, secador.
