This hotel is clean, the staff is fantastic, but most importantly it has the most comfortable bed I have ever laid on in my travels. The breakfast buffet is also good.

Great option for BA

Great hotel, cozy but comfortable and very well located next to both Pleno madero modern neighbourhood and the city center. The early checking option was a blessing after the long flight. Friendly staff.

Puerto Madero- loved it

We had a short 3 night stay at Pleno. It was close to everything and the staff was amazing. Great breakfast options and close to the Aeroparque airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

The waist stuff of the restaurant were very nice. But the front office was not. For them to do a normal load of laundry cost more than an entire nice stay at the hotel. Obviously unacceptable. Plus those lotta noise from construction across the street. Overall, three stars.

The check in was difficult. I was given the wrong room. I paid for a kin size room and received a small 2 twin beds room. I arrived after midnight and was super tired. Having to wait on the attendant to change my room was very challenging. It took him a while to get me another room. The room I was given is way below my expectations!

Great hotel, great breakfast, great bed, actually I extend my stay at the hotel. Giuliana help us with reservation to tango to viejo almacén and señor tango ((viejo almacén was the best) I they were even with better price than directly for the web site. Giuliana was the best of the best!!!

A wonderful and small hotel, only 12 floors with a couple of units per floor. Located in a centric area to the city and easy to walk to most of tourists attractions. Breakfast was very nice, fresh and replenished all the time, we didn’t need lunch after it, maybe a banana or something small to tie us over till dinner. Staff was very professional and willing to assist you at any time you pleased. The only thing I would say, is that they may need to update the air conditioning units as 1st. room we had wasn't working but they changed us immediately; another suggestion will be for them to replace towel hangers in the bathrooms...a little upkeep will resolve this. Overall, our stay was wonderful and staff always friendly and pleasant. We recommend to stay there, as we probably come back to Pleno Madero hotel next time we visit Buenos Aires.
