Absolutely loved this hotel! The balcony and view of the cemetary were an amazing place to spend time. The suite was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. There was great eating and shopping nearby. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and patient with our English. They arranged a cab for us one morning when my ride share app wasn't working.

Staff at reception is excellent. Rest Good Staff, Clean big rooms, Breakfast variety is limited, Breakfast area is very small. Location the best, shops restaurant, shopping mall, hop on hop off bus starts from here. No lobby. Clean big beds, Rooftop bar was not impressive also not needs as so many restaurants available between 10 to 50 meters from Hotel

El Hotel está centrico y en muy buena area de Recoleta, el único problema que tuve fue el ruido de los bares, estuve en el tercer piso y escuchas el ruido y sientes la vibración de la música de los bares que tienen terrazas. El desayuno es muy bueno!

As a solo traveller, I try to pick a clean hotel in a safe area that is centrally located.  This was perfect.  Located in the heart of Recoleta (safe and upmarket neighbourhood). There are restaurants and bars on your doorstep as well as a number of tourist attractions including the Recoleta Cemetery. My room very big, spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room as well as other amenities and complimentary toiletries. I couldn't complain. I have Expedia VIP access (Platinum account) as I travel a lot.  I am unsure if all rooms were like this or if I was upgraded.  Staff were very pleasant and helpful.  Housekeeping was done well each day.  Breakfast was included which was adequate for this sort of boutique hotel.  Basic but there was enough variety to get you going for the day.  The breakfast area was a little dated and depressing (a small room with no windows). This would be my only negative.  WIFI per most of Argentina works fine but can be sporadic.  Would recommend otherwise.

The staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful, friendly and they do an outstanding job. There are two things I didn't like: super small and non functional trash cans in the room and bathroom, very old and stained towels. I usually don't take my towel with me because I stay in high rated hotels and this one the first hotel with not pleasant towels, you could see stain on almost gray towels ( originally supposed to be white)
