The holiday apartment for up to four people, newly built in May 2016, is located on the sunny slope of the small mountain village of Bürserberg in the Brandnertal.



The fascinating panoramic view of the surrounding mountain ranges and valleys (Brandnertal, Montafon, Klostertal, Walgau and the Bludenz basin) lets you experience the Alps in their magical beauty.



FACILITIES:



The south-facing balcony and the spacious south-east terrace are particularly suitable for quietness and seclusion, where you can lie back and relax after an eventful day in nature. When furnishing the apartment in a modern alpine style, local decorators and carpenters were deliberately used.



SURROUNDING:



In addition to the extensive range of outdoor activities in the immediate vicinity, such as the Brandnertal bike park, the Brandnertal mountain railways and the extensive infrastructure of the neighboring town of Brand, you can enjoy an incomparable relaxation and holiday landscape here at the foot of the sunny Tschengla plateau in a fantastic location.

Panoramablick ehrlich verdient

Die Wohnung ist in einer Top Lage. Sie ist sehr hell, bestens ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten. Sehr grosse Terrasse mit viel Aussicht ins Tal. Einschließlich tiptop Garagenstellplatz. Vielleicht darauf achten, dass im Bad bei der Dusche die Dichtungen besser gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden, diese haben Schimmel angesetzt.

Appartement is zeer compleet en ligt op ren prachtige locatie. De matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Bijna alle vier zijn deze doorgezakt.

Großartige Aussicht vom Balkon

Sie haben eine tolle Lage und großartige Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Ausstattung der Küchen war lobenswert. Wir würden Ihnen empfehlen: Korrektur der Wohnungsbeschreibung: Es ist nur ein Bad vorhanden -kein Gäste-WC! Ein Insektenschutz für Fenster fehlt. Vollständige Terrassentrennung zur anderen Wohnung, damit kein Hund auf ihre Terrasse oder in ihre Wohnung läuft (unsere Erfahrung mit beiden Gästegruppen der Wohnung nebenan). Das Terrassenareal könnte man optimaler nutzen (z.B. zusätzliche Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm).

Wat een top appartement!

Het huis is ruim, alles wat je nodig hebt zit er in! Servies, bestek je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken. Een Nespresso apparaat, elektrische zonwering! Heel schoon en modern ingericht. Er is zelfs een wasmachine. Kortom, super-appartement! Het enige minpuntje: wij kwamen aan en er lag ijs op de oprit naar boven, die vrij steil is, zeker niet prettig als je alleen voorwielaandrijving hebt, daarom knepen wij hem wel even. Bovendien niet handig als er onder de carport ook nog eens auto’s staan, daardoor nog minder plek om een bochtje te maken. Zou fijn zijn als iemand dit checkt door strooizout te regelen of even vrij te maken van ijs, anders niet te doen. De overdekte parkeergarage was top! Dat is het enige
