25th Anniversary trip

We had the best 2 night getaway! The hotel is beautiful and everyone from the valet, reception, bar tenders, wait staff and manager were so friendly and engaging!! Great location to walk all around the downtown area! Loved the hot tub area!!

The hotel was nice but the bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows weighed like 10 lbs each. The bed was squeaky & the sheets were very noisy. Breakfast was very nice - never did eat a meal at the restaurants- went for other options. The spa was very nice & the “hot springs” was nice although it just seemed like a big hot tub.

From the front desk staff to the valet staffing.. it was such a beautiful stay!!!! Everything was so beautiful!!! My room was amazing!! The hot spring was AMAZING!! It was such a relaxing stay for my girlfriend and I! She enjoyed her birthday, thanks to you guys!! Also shoutout to Nicole at Harlow spa! My girlfriend would not stop talking about her massage that received!!! We will be back and SOOOOOON!!!!!! Beautiful stay!!!

Best part of hotel is hot springs. Didn’t have any massage openings. Be aware there is like zero sound proofing. We could hear every word from other room. Sounded like people were in our room, we could hear drunk girls yelling all night. Beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are trash! The sheets are rough and felt cheap!! Sad for the amount of money should upgrade beds and pillows.
