It was a nice stay but I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets felt like paper. Our room stunk of cigarettes really bad that it gave me a headache despite it being a non smoking room.

The only thing I don’t like about this hotel is the lighting in the bathroom is terrible. It is very difficult to put on makeup. Other than that, this hotel is amazing.

Our favorite spot

This hotel is our favorite place to stay for a vacation and get away with my wife. The rooms are amazing, amenities out of this world and property is near the best restaurants. The shower is an amazing place to just relax, gym is perfect for what you need to get done and rooftop bar is the best before we walk to dinner. Doesn’t matter the time of year, we have gone in summer and dead of winter and this place never disappoints. Looking over the city while it snows by the fire while having a cocktail is about as relaxing as it gets. Then getting home from dinner and spending the night in the hot springs is just another level

THE place to stay in Buffalo! Beautiful old building but with all the modern amenities. Steam showers are wonderful, staff is amazing. Cannot say enough good things about The Curtiss. You need to check it out!
