The front desk clerk displayed unprofessional behavior.The bathroom fan had been rendered inoperative due to the presence of old toilet paper, which had been inserted to mute its sound. The coffee machine contained a used coffee/tea bag. The room had a strong odor of marijuana. The bed was extremely firm. Considering the subpar experience, it may be advisable to pay a premium for a superior accommodation.

Not the best, not the worst!

It’s a decent enough hotel but the floors are really dirty and the chair in the room was also very dirty. The spot in the tub had water pouring out of it when the shower was on so the tub filled up with water which is SO gross to me! The people were night enough. The breakfast was good as long as you like waffles, which we do! Overall not a bad stay, for the price.

Worn out chair

Overall the hotel was fine but the chair in our room was disgusting. That alone made it uncomfortable because it makes you feel like the whole room is dirty. Must pay attention to details in your rooms.

Perfectly ok

The motel was fine but the air conditioning either was silently on or then super loud when it came on. It was tough to get used to. The breakfast was just ok. The people there were very friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel was a good choice overall based on room was comfortable, quiet, spacious and clean. Rest of hotel was in good shape. Breakfast was a bit of a let down with very limited choices like microwave breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, and make your own waffles. What made the microwave sandwiches even less appealing was rooms don’t have any microwaves so it’s just the one in the breakfast area. Location is very near highway but traffic noise wasn’t too bad other than occasional loud motorcycles during the night. Walden Galleria Mall was not close but rather almost 10 min away, about the same distance to downtown Buffalo. We stay here again based on the quality for the price and location.

The employees are great and very helpful. I have a lower score because the rooms are not cleaned each day and that was a disappointment. They remove trash and towels but nothing more. Our checkin was late, the room was dark and there was a cover over the bedspread. The next day returning to a messy bed we discovered the large yellow spot on the blankets. I had to ask for room service to actually change them…. The bath tub had dirt stains and was pretty bad but after requesting the room to be cleaned they were gone as well. I feel like we were given a dirty room. On a positive note the breakfast is good, the employees are very helpful and cheery. I would not stay there again however.
