Property is in need of repair! 1st night we stayed before our flight the wing of the hotel and room stunk like cigarettes! We left with or stuff smelling like smoke. The return night no smells, but pullout couch was stained and ripped. Great friendly staff, easy checkin and out. But for the price, stay somewhere else.

Definitely needs some updates. Bathroom could be cleaned better. And dont paint the shower walls. It dont work. The hallways looked like they havent been vacuumed in months. I used to like staying there.

Great Stay at the Sleep Inn!

We had an absolutely fine stay at the Sleep Inn. I felt very safe, and everything was clean. The front desk staff was also lovely. I will definitely return when flying out of Buffalo!

Somebody has to tell this Franchise about Good House Keeping. They are Taking Customer for granted . The Hallway is a Mess and they really change the Linen. The other Franchise is Immaculate. Maybe ,it is Time for New Management. The Lady in the Kitchen is Extremely Nice and Courteous ,So as the Drivers . They need to work on the Housekeeping which is Extremely Terrible and Bad for Business.

No frills hotel, we stayed 1 night, the room was clean. There was a weed smell on the 3rd floor for most of our stay. The building is dated...old..but maintained well. The guy at the front desk was unwelcoming, almost robotic in oir check in.No customer service skills whatsoever. Breakfast basic, coffee terrible.
