This lovely villa is located 55 km from Avignon and 29 km from Orange! The villa is situated in a quiet location just outside the village of Roaix (2.5 km) and not far from the pretty town of Vaison-la-Romaine (5 km). The house has a neat and attractive interior and a lovely garden (not fenced) with a private swimming pool open from the end of May to September including terraces with a rattan lounge to enjoy your aperitifs. The peace and quiet of the pool combined with a comfortable interior with decoration in an elegant Provencal and modern mix make an excellent base for your well-deserved holiday! It is also the ideal starting point for (cycle) trips through Provence and the Drôme. Mont Ventoux is within cycling distance.

This charming house is a hidden gem, quietly located at the end of a dead-end road, on the border of the Drôme and Vaucluse regions. It offers every comfort you need to completely unwind and is ideally located for exploring this fascinating region. The owner has decorated it tastefully and will welcome you as a perfect host. From the balcony, you have a view of the Ventoux. After a climb, you can cool off in the beautiful swimming pool. This is the place to be for peace, charm and comfort.
