Villa Eivissa is located in the small village of Plovanija, on the edge of Croatian Istria, under the administration of the historic town of Buje. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests + 1 small child. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a storage room, and a WC. The first floor has two more bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning.The location of the villa is simply perfect. The nearest beach is only a 5-minute drive away, and the natural salt pans of Sečovlje in Slovenia and the Thalasso spa are just 5 km away. The villa is 25 km from Trieste (Italy), 45 minutes from Pula and the magnificent Pula Arena, and 50 km from the world-famous Postojna Cave in Slovenia.For children and adults alike, the large Istralandia Water Park is only a 15-minute drive away. Sports enthusiasts can also visit the ATP tournament in Umag, just 10 km from the villa.For refreshment and relaxation, there is a large outdoor pool (30 m²) with 8 sun loungers - perfect for enjoying a good book and a glass of wine.The villa owners are a young family with three children and look forward to welcoming new guests and sharing memorable moments in this beautiful villa.
