Rinse off any dirty dishes and leave them in the sink. Please if you spill something on the floor clean it up there is a mop in the wash room. Please do Not eat in the rooms or living room.
Please do not enter the home with sand and please dry off before entering the home. Please do not use the towels for the beach they are for house use only.
Please do not put anything in the toilet other than toilet paper. If toilet gets clogged and I have to call out a plumber there will be a $150 fee to be paid to the plumber.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Extended Family and I stayed here over the holiday weekend. Was a great location with easy access to shopping and food establishments. The home itself was clean and the neighborhood quiet. There was a lot of boat activity during the daytime, but my children were able to swim comfortably near the shore and play in the sand.Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We made several meals and had everything we needed.Jessica, the host, was very responsive and kept in communication throughout our stay. Would recommend staying here if you’re in the area and want to avoid all the bustle of Laughlin.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a beautiful waterfront location. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Really like the house and the area , perfect if you have children , the only down fall we had over all was the amount of bugs out side in the afternoon/ night made it impossible to enjoy being outside
