Nice property overall, very dated lacked amenities commensurate with the price. Remotes were missing for televisions, some televisions had no cable and no smart applications, they were cobwebs in several corners of the home, including large one on the main room, sliding glass door out to the patio. No hot water in the master shower, guest, shower, hot and cold valves were switched overall not a home I would rent again was asked not to leave a bad review for a refund, very weird

Upon our arrival we were greeted and welcome into the home. The home was very clean and fresh. The home was very comfortable with lots of space throughout each area, whether it’s the kitchen, dining room, living room, or entertainment room.The home even provides some sunscreen or towels near the doors going towards the back part of the house. There are extra rolling beds in the closets of some rooms if necessary. Overall a really great place, would definitely come back and stay here and recommend to others.

Amazing Experience

I would like to start by saying that I’m so grateful to Michele and Chris. They were very helpful, responded quickly to all of questions, and played a huge role in making our time at the property so memorable. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything needed for a fun time next to the Colorado river. Paddle boards, floaters, first aid, gas jugs, bumpers for water crafts/boats, and many more were all provided and readily available. My family and I had a wonderful time and couldn’t be happier. Would like to give thanks again to Michele and Chris for all of your support and dedication.
