The staff that checked us in very nice. The room needed more towels, and a little bit of an upgrade. The Hotel seems old and needed deep cleaning. The view of the river was nice. The pool was in repair status so we couldn’t use it.

Staff was great but whoever thus the brochure of this place should learn to better describe the place. None of the amenities was here the brochure says n shows like a mini kitchenette and none of its correct but staff makes up for the difference in exchange they make u feel good n Cody was a great staff n was good n friendly in helping if saw customer needing help. If your focus is for a clean room where your only goal is to get there and use it to sleep and bathe for the night then this property meets the bill perfectly due to the low cost. This place 100% met that expectation for me. The issue I have with this property is the lack of Amenities. There is no Ice machines, no coffee makers in room, and their pool is still broken. Other than that, you can park your vehicle basically right outside your door and walk to food places, bars, and grocery store.

They asked if we could give them more time to clean room at check-in. Then came back 2 hours later and said room was not available anymore. Didn’t bother to call me so I could make other arrangements. Non professional people, spend extra $20 go somewhere else fast.

After an email saying it was paid in full the hotel still tries to get a $100 deposit and the rooms being infested with bugs. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. They call the cops on everyone and overbook rooms. I will never use this hotel again and recommend no one else does either.
