The property looks nothing like the photos. Photos are edited and have to when house was newer… the house needs maintenance repairs and a huge cleaning… and he property was un mowed landscape over grown feces of an animal on porch broken patio equipment spa was green showers don’t drain dead bugs all over inside and out handle rails on stars inside and out are not secure outside have rotten trash in bushes mold in showers water hose leaked leaving moldy water sitting for mosquitoes. Cabinets doors off the hinges… mirrors broken broken glass inside on floors stairs with hair dust bottle caps high chair had old dry sliced cheese stuck to it… it took us 2 hours together to get it cleaned enough to stay.. con webs with bugs stuck to them all over outdoor furniture. I paid 2300.00 to stay in a house of horror and filth with my kids and grandbabies

Our stay at the Riverside home

First and foremost our family had an amazing vacation and that was our ultimate goal. The house itself is definitely outdated but served its purpose. The home has so much potential but unfortunately the housekeeping company is subpar. We found stains on sheets, left over eyelashes on the floor, the stove was dirty as well as the fridge, we even had a couple cockroach friends that paid us a visit. The previous guests left numerous bags of trash on the side of the house that critters got into. I’m just being completely transparent on our stay but honestly if you aren’t super OCD and can over look the minor details our families and kids lived their best life while we were there!!!
