It only had a kettle,microwave,bar fridge and toaster they do have a restaurant for night only and there is Hungry Jacks and Ampol Servo just down the road

It was terable i complained to the new manger but she didnt seem to care . When i leave the motels i stay in i strip my bed as i did hear at this motel and the doona cover was full of ither blood or chocolate milk and stains all over it .i took photos as well . The carpet had dog or cat pee stains i took photos of that as well this was an executive suite and i paid $150 for the nite what if i was allergic to cats or dogs .. There was no shower gel i had to ask for some as well . Shower floor was very slipery.as well there was palm leaves dead ones with a bunch of dead leaves all in a pile . Fire hazard also a hazard for snakes in this heat and were close to the rooms as well. Not cleaned up at all i have stayed in this motel twice b for last nite and i wont b going back. Rose the house made was lovley and friendly. Not even an apologies or hears a discount or any thing . No pride didnt care after i told them about the state of the blanket. My partner and i slept on that last nite .

Customer service was disgusting. I gave a courtesy call to inform that we would be arriving at 8.00pm Told by Claudia that even though I had paid in full for the room, as I had not filled in their check-in form, Reception would not be open and no key would be left out for me. NO check in form was EVER sent to me. Her attitude was uncaring and as a paid customer I had to fit into her schedule . I am appalled that the attitude of Claudia was all about herself rather than the traveler. Although the room was very good, I would never recommend nor stay at this facility again based on the uncaring and lack of professionalism within their customer service mannerism. Just disgraceful Claudia!!!.

This was the perfect place to stop after being on the road for a week, the staff amazing, friendly, helpful. The room was perfect, the bed was super comfortable and the spa was just what we needed.

A clean and comfortable, no fuss stay in a regional town. Friendly and welcoming staff at check-in. A quick one-night stay for business. Good location close to the airport and highways to get where you need to go.

Better than it Looks but Just

This property has seen better days and good luck seeing the room numbers at night. The daily room cleaning could only be described as bizarre (bed not made, wet towel across the bed lined. Hotel has a ridiculous instruction that requires guest to clean and dry any plates or cutlery (health & safety risk with that rule. But rooms are well appointed and TV's are huge.
