Sehr gemütliches Hais in sehr ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Umgebung gibt leider nicht viel her außer schöne Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund. Zum Einkaufen etc. braucht man das Auto, weil es ca. 8 km entfernt erst Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. WLAN im Haus funktioniert einwandfrei.

Bestens für 2 Pärchen - 2 Bäder

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage. Herrlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht. Alles, was wir brauchten, ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan -idealer geht es nicht. Absolut super sind die zwei Bäder. Vielen Dank. Es war toll und wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit.

In Ordnung. Kein funktionierendes WLAN. Und sehr schwaches Mobilnetz. Internet sozusagen nahezu unmöglich (für wen es interessiert)

Wie wir Ostfriesland kennen lernten

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Matratzen super bequem, die Bäder prima . In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, so wie die ganzen Menschen in Ostfriesland mit denen wir gesprochen haben. Alles in allem, ein sehr schöner Urlaub. :-)

Ruhige Lage - Komfort der Haushälfte mit Haustier lässt zu wünschen übrig

Wohn-/Essbereich, Küche und Bad sind soweit in Ordnung. Die Stühle im Essbereich laden nicht lange zum sitzen ein. In der Küche ist soweit zwar alles vorhanden, leider aber teilweise antiquierte Elektrogeräte. Der obere Bereich = 2 Schlafzimmer + 1 Bad war alles andere als angenehm. Die Betten hatten sehr schlechte Matratzen (Schaumstoff, Dicke = 8-9 cm), wir waren froh als wir wieder in unseren eigenen Betten schlafen konnten. Das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten hat am Dachfenster nach wie vor keinen Rollo (welches ja schon mal in der Bewertung aus 2018 moniert wurde), sodass eine Abdunklung des Zimmers schier unmöglich ist. Die Duschwanne im Bad oben ist unserer Meinung nach gefährlich, da der Einstieg in diese Wanne ca. 1/2 Meter vom Boden entfernt ist (sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen), also bitte unten duschen! Bad unten ist prima. Die Vermieterin hat uns nur kurz den Schlüssel gegeben und uns mitgeteilt, dass die Bettwäsche (die wir noch einmal extra bezahlt haben) oben liegt. Betten durften wir selbst überziehen! Hab ich so auch noch nicht erlebt, aber damit kann man leben. Ansonsten war die Vermieterin sehr reserviert und hat uns auch nicht einmal gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Info's über Land und Leute hat man nur auf Anfrage bekommen.Kenne ich auch anders. Laut Beschreibung soll ja die andere Haushälfte komfortabler sein, die man wohl nur ohne Haustier nutzen kann. Wir hatten "leider" unseren Hund mit und konnten dadurch nur die uns angebotene Haushälfte mieten. Im großen und ganzen stimmt hier das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch und der kleine Lebensmittelmarkt im Ort versetzt einen ein bisschen in die Kindheit :-) und es hat Spaß gemacht sich mit dem Inhaber zu unterhalten. Lob! Das Fischerörtchen Ditzum ist wirklich sehr schön. Auch Leer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Unser FAZIT: Für Radwanderer eine tolle Sache. Für Wanderer eher nicht. Um die Ruhe zu genießen ist es prima. Noch einmal würden wir das Haus mit Hund nicht mehr buchen.

Hervorragend und absolut weiter zu empfehlen - auch für Familien mit zwei Kindern.

Weit ab von starkem Straßenverkehr haben wir hier die Abende in freier Natur genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer "Stichstrasse" , also ohne Durchgangsverkehr und parallel zur einzigen Straße zwischen Bunde und Ditzum. Wir haben bewußt in Kauf genommen, dass wir viele KM mit dem Auto zurücklegen müssen, um z.B. nach LEER (20 km) oder noch weiter weg zu fahren, um Ostfriesland zu erkunden. Bei Bedarf werden wir dieses Objekt wieder anmieten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Grunde haben wir nichts vermisst. Der einzige Schwachpunkt war, dass das Dachflächenfenster im Kinderzimmer nicht verdunkelt werden konnte, sind aber sicher, dass das behoben wird.
