Enjoying sun, sea and peace in beach house "De Zilvermeeuw"!

This luxury beach house can be found within walking distance of the beach and is a great place to enjoy the holidays with your family. Peaceful, child-friendly and near a nature reserve.

The house was newly built in 2020 and is equipped with all modern comfort and conveniences including floor heating and is therefore suited for a stay during each season of the year. The ground floor house has a cosy and bright living room with sliding doors that lead to a large terrace and the garden. Furthermore, the house features an adjacent dining area and open, fully-equipped kitchen with modern tools. The beach house has three spacious double bedrooms of which two with patio doors to the garden. Additionally, the house features two bathrooms plus a separate guest toilet. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

As the garden is completely enclosed, it is also very child-friendly and suitable for dogs. There is a spacious parking for at least 2 cars.

Enjoy the silence, comfort and nature in “De Zilvermeeuw” during every season!

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Mir hat es gefehlt die Zimmerfenster/türen nachts auf Kipp stellen zu können. Ganz auf ist mit Hund oder kleinen Kindern leider nicht machbar. Meinen Eltern hat im Bad ensuite der Geruch nach Chemikalien zu schaffen gemacht.
