This stylish house has a bright, cosy living room with an adjacent dining area and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The ground floor offers a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. De first floor is provided with three spacious double bedrooms, with boxsprings, a separate toilet and a landing with a playing area for children and a stair gate.
De garden faces south and offers lots of privacy. On the terrace with the outdoor fireplace, which is placed on the terrace during the summer months and can be accessed directly from the living room, you can enjoy outdoor living without worries. Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Umgebung. Im Inserat fehlt, dass Haustiere nicht in die obere Etage oder alleine bleiben dürfen. Außerdem ist die Treppe sehr steil.

Auffrischung dringend nötig
Das Haus war wenig gepflegt und bräuchte vor allem in der Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer eine Auffrischung (durchgelegene Matratzen, rauschende Heizung, die sich nicht regulieren ließ, kaum Stauraum für Kleidung) sowie verschmutzte bis unbrauchbare Kücheneinrichtung.
Dagegen war die Außenanlage toll, die aber im Weihnachtsurlaub nicht so große Bedeutung hatte.
