The hotel was shabby & dirty. There was a chunk of carpet missing from the floor in front of my door. As a single woman, I felt unsafe in the hall & my room. Inside, the room was dingy. The walls were stained & the shower was stained. The bed was hard and I could feel all of the springs. Because of the room condition and feeling unsafe, I left the hotel & went to a different one.

Do not stay in this hotel. We found multiple live cockroaches in our room and decided not to stay. The hotel refused to refund our fee for the night.

The staff is pleasant and willing to help you. My sister and I use a walker, the staff helped us with our luggage etc. This will be our place of choice when visiting our sister in South Burlington.

Convenient location right off the highway but can be tricky to pull in and out due to high traffic (e.g. hard to exit property and get into left turn lane to get onto highway, depending on time of day). It's definitely nothing fancy but fine for a quick stay. It is important to note that even the first floor rooms have short flights of stairs you have to go up and down to get into your room, so this property isn't suitable for someone with mobility challenges.
