Cutest little apartment ever! Great location. Comfy beds. Clean. Safe. Would stay here again. Of note - there is only 1 parking space, but there's a parking garage right around the corner where you can park free overnight if you have 2 vehicles. Easy.

The apartment was nice and clean. really love the fact that I didn't have to look for a parking place as there was one out back. It was close to shopping, dining, and the shore of Lake Champlain which was a nice place to visit. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting downtown Burlington Vermont. Appreciate the accurate description of your property. thank you!

The photos show you exactly what the apartment looks like. Super convenient for getting anywhere in Burlington, mostly by walking. However, the included parking space was a lovely bonus. Communication by our host was spot-on and clear as well. So glad we booked this instead of a hotel!

Cute little apartment in a great location to walk to both the waterfront and Church St. Marketplace. Perfect for a few days in Burlington. We especially appreciated the coffee pods and half & half in the fridge. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There is a potentially lovely front porch that would be a great space if it were cleaned up and had some outdoor furniture. I realize it's a shared space and that might complicate matters. We set out our own lawn chairs and enjoyed sitting out and watching the neighborhood go by.

Great value for money

We considered spending more on a bigger place but were encouraged by the reviews. We were two couples and it was plenty of space for us. Beds were comfy and the AC as cold as we needed it, a must for the hot nights. Parking convenient. Apartment clean. Pretty quiet at night aside from a few cars revving their engines. Would definitely recommend if you're planning to be out and about during your stay.

Our trip to Burlington was perfect! Weather cooperated although hot! Walk anywhere from Maple street, close to Church St. and waterfront. Maple Street was clean, cozy and quiet! Good neighborhood too! Erin was veryResponsive for any questions.
