We have stayed several times and always love this location. The staff is exemplary: kind, polite and helpful. However, the food was terrible; our curtains wouldn't close all the way (which they did fix promptly); and the towels are thin and scratchy. Also, due to construction we couldn't find the alternate way to enter the hotel. I called and was given directions, but there was no signage to assist.

Good price , close walk to water. Plenty of bars and food within walking distance . Hotel is undergoing renovations but didn’t bother our stay . Good in hotel bar and restaurant with snack options for late night . Free airport shuttle is a plus as well . Will definitely stay again if I visit Burlington in future.

Clean and comfy good location

I was there for one night for work. It was a quick walk to shops and restaurants. They have a nice “pantry” to shop from in the lobby for snacks and drinks.

We could hear people coughing and walking around on the floor upstairs. My son complained that his sheets smelled like b.o. The room appeared clean and neat, but the lighting was low, water pressure was low, and the tub didn't drain water.

Hotel lobby under renovation, lots of construction folks in the lobby which was itself taped off. Reception folk were preoccupied with them when we arrived. There is no parking included except expensive valet or metered on street parking. On the plus side, the room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do in Burlington.
