No breakfast. We were told that they ordered the food but didn't arrive. Hotel didn't have alternative arrangement for food, my client were starving. No staff or manager came out to solve the problem. One of my client found a case of instant noodles on the restaurant shelf, she took it and shared with other group member but unfortunately, one staff came to the front of her and point at her said she was a theif. My client was very upset and was in bad mood for the rest of the day.

Very nice hotel to overnight in while on a long distance trip. No restaurant but many in the area along the yellow head highway as it winds its way through town

Key-oh Lodge is a great stop. Bed are comfortable, lodge is clean and staff are friendly. We always stop here when driving down south.

Beautiful new hotel, with spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms. No wifi signal in our room at the end of the corridor. Had to sit in lobby. Breakfast has been downgraded to grab and go...not good. No cutlery when we got there.

Liked the property and staff I encountered (front desk check in only), main areas were clean, but my room had not been vacuumed under the bed so my dogs found old food and used Kleenex and I had to rip them out of their mouths. If those had been dangerous items it could have been very very bad. Very disappointing considering they knew it was a big dog show weekend.

This property is clean and is situated conveniently on the main highway. I stayed in a queen bed room and the bed was comfortable. I had trouble getting the temperature to get as cool as I would have liked. Unfortunately the quality of the breakfast has declined since I was here a year ago, with only individual boxes of cereal, make your own waffles, a selection of bagels or muffins and out of date yogurt. The coffee machine ran out of coffee by 7:30 and was not refilled in the time I was eating my bowl of cereal.

The place is well kept and amenities are all good. The breakfast option is poor, and it would be good to make suggestions/ recommendations to clients where they can get a good breakfast, possibly with a coupon option included, in Burns Lake. The Eatery was the best I could find.

The fridge in our room still had someone else’s food in it and looked like the ledges in the food hadn’t been wiped down for some time. Tv channels sucked Beds were hard Bathrooms were roomy and the rooms were nice and clean Breakfast included was a bonus & waffles! Front desk wasn’t very freaky during check in and she got me to fill out the same questions I filled out on the online - easy check in form.
