Terrific hotel missing a few small touches.

Lovely hotel with thermal spa. In good condition, friendly staff. For a 5star hotel rating, I expected air conditioning would work in hot weather which the weatheri was, however they told us too early in year to switch it on. Of course it was on in communal areas! Bathroom toiletries were poor, especially difficult to read in shower with no glasses. No glasses for mouth wash or for drinking water were provided and were difficult to obtain. No facial tissues provided by bed. The small touches mean a lot. Tom

Great hotel

This was our forth stay at Almira hotel. The reason why we love it so much because the rooms are a great big size, very comfortable beds, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is very nice and thr ladies on spa facility is amazing. Its literally a high end spa. The only thing we didnt like about our visit this time was the change in spa rules: they wanted guest to come down in their bath robes and not use any of the lockers. We were in hijab and the reception area is mixed so we wouldn't come down in just our robes, we eventually got a locker but was told they were generally for the paid members and not hotel guest. This wasn't an issue last time and the price for our stay did include free spa access. The treatment prices have also dramatically increased within 6 months from £38 for a massage to around £70. I do recommend the hair dressers but not the hotel restaurant which was overpriced for very basic food.

The thermal section is weak

The hotel is extremely nice, but the thermal section did not meet our expectations.

Güzel bir haftasonu

Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Sadece odadaki havlular çok temiz değildi. Odada şampuan duş jeli gibi şeyler sayıca çok azdı. Ve bir gece de kalsanız yeterli değil. İki kişi olduğumuz için bile daha fazla olmalıydı. Barda alkol ve içecek servisi çok erken bitiyordu. Bir şeyler içmek için yemekten sonra otelimize gidelim dedik ve bir şey içemedik. Keşke dışarıda kalsaymışız. Ama otelde vakit geçirmek istediğimiz bir dinlenme tatili olduğu için bu olsa konfor ve keyifimiz çok daha artardı. Oteli seçerken bar/ lobi kısmına özellikle dikkat etmiştim, cumartesi gecesi olmasına rağmen otelde kalmayı teşvik etmişti ama olmadı :(. Otel fotoğraflardaki gibi yeni ve eleganttı. Termal ve masaj servisinden çok memnun kaldık. Hamam kısmı biraz pisti. Her çalışan çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Valeden, respsiyona, oda servisinden, termal çalışanlarına kadar çok profesyonel ve bir o kadar da samimi çalışanlarla karşılaştık. Bunun için ekstra teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar kalmayı düşünüyoruz servis ve özellikle temizlik kısmı umarım hallolur.
