Amazing stay

This hotel added an amazing feeling to the holiday itself. The people were so accommodating, the customer service great. The on-site restaurant was also great. A lovely vibe and a family friendly feel. The view of the mountains from the room was lovely to wake up to. The rooms were spacious. The spa facilities were very good and included in the price of the room. It was generally a lovely pleasant relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would be more than happy to go again. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Bien équipé mais pas très calme

Bon accueil et personnel tres agréable. Spa tres propre et professionnel, je recommande les massages. A proximité oximité d'une rue vivante avec de nombreux restaurants. Petit déjeuné copieux mais un peu tardif (8h/11h). Ventilation de la chambre bruyante, la musique provenant du Pub voisin la couvre a peine.

Non è un hotel, è una palestra / SPA

Hotel shock non corrisponde alle aspettative. Le camere sono più belle nelle foto, la realtà (!!). Non ho potuto stare in hotel perché non c'era acqua! C'era un guasto. Dopo 4 ore di attesa, senza poter andare al bagno, abbiamo chiesto il rimborso e siamo scappati. Ho fatto una figuraccia con i miei ostpiti ai quali ho prenotato un'altra camera.
