The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again.

Decent parking, staff were welcoming although they could’ve probably benefited with more in the restaurant. Room is nice had everything I needed, unfortunately it was next to the noisiest stairs that meant people sounded like a herd of elephants walking down. Would stay again.

A nice, modern resort hotel. Linked to the fact that it’s in the country, flies were a problem. Most of the staff were really professional and courteous, but eating in the restaurant was a bit of a challenge - I had other diners’ food delivered to me because the waiting staff couldn’t remember the table numbers. Noisy at night, with corridors that amplify the noise. But a comfortable and clean room.

4/10 Poor

Good evening, firstly I’d like to say that the start of our stay was very welcoming and professional. However just a few things that I’d like to touch on, our bed was dirty, the duvet had a urine stain on it, the hot tub was filthy and had a hose pipe that my partner nearly tripped up on and had to move to a secure place out of harms way. Lastly id like to comment for more awareness than anything, whilst trying to sleep there were a few people that were trying to get into our bedroom, which left us feeling very on edge and unsettled which ultimately left us feeling as if we weren’t able to sleep. It was such a shame due to it being out get away to celebrate our engagement. Many thanks, Elizabeth.
