We had a view off the room balcony looking at a building construction site or a demolition site directly opposite our room. It was very disheartening and a little noisy whilst on holiday to be looking at that view. We didn’t stay the 2nd night, we moved to a different hotel with an ocean view. Otherwise the beds and bathrooms were very nice and comfortable.

The pics of this place are impressive, however it's not as described. The ad describes an in room safe being in situ, it was not. The room directory shows English speaking TV channels, these are only available with a subscription. Bed is incredibly hard, I like a firm bed, but this was like a rock and I woke up very much in discomfort from mattress and pillow. Breakfast was awful, we got there at 0830 as advised breakfast stops at 0930. The fried rice had all but gone, so we asked was more coming, just to be told 'sold out'. There was certainly no quality to the food, coffee was tasteless. Very disappointing as the hotel looks the part.

Excellent hub for staying in the Haeundae area. It’s a bit far from the attractions in central and west Busan but the area itself is lovely, ful of restaurants, and much closer to attractions like Blueline, Yonggusa temple, and nice beaches.

I did not give 5 stars because of dirty carpets in all the hallways and dirty walls in the room. It looks like a 5 stars hotel when you enter with polite and well dressed staff but they don't put money in cleaning or maintaining carpets and walls (they were very dirty like in a 1 star hotel). Having the faucet in the room is not convenient neither. Otherwise it's close to the beach, the subway, and all the night life of Busan.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel since it was convenient to get to the main area in Haeundae beach. The area was very safe but there was some construction going on around there. I noticed the construction started a bit later in the day so that wasn’t a problem with it waking us up. The room was very spacious and clean. The hallways though needed a little revamp. The carpets in the hallway of our floor had stains on it. The hotel is really nice and if they updated some things it would take it to the next level.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. Many restaurants are nearby. The hotel is also close to new building construction that creates a lot of noise. The hallway on our floor had stained carpets. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with 2 separate toilets. The staff took care of our needs and we will not hesitate to stay here again if we’re staying in the area.

The hotel was nice coming in. I agree with other people that the hallway carpets need to be changed. The mattress was a bit to hard for me. I like that the bathroom was separate from the shower, bit there was not enough space to put shower stuff. The one place felt a little uneven and a couple things kept sliding off. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel so it wasn't nice around, but it was very close to the beach. The pool was nice. I would maybe recommend a little bar there and better coffee machines.

Para ser un primer viaje a Busan es muy comodo, aunque la ubicacion esta en una zona de construccion, en nuestro periodo de hospedaje todo fue muy silencioso. Un punto extra es la cercania que tiene con la calle comercial de Haeundae-gu, era muy facil ir a comer en la noche y realizar compras, ademas de su cercania al transporte publico como el bus y el metro

Room needs TLC

Main lobby was nice, check in easy anf staff friendly. However, when elevator door opened on 7th floor, it was a different story. Carpet stained and wall paint a mess. Our room was fine, good sized, with no functionality issues, but the paint was a mess there as well. Touch-ups all over the wall instead of just painting the entire wall. It left a poor impression and looks like hotel management has no pride in appearance of their property.

Very techy rooms. Heated floor and toilet seat, convenient switch location by bed to turn off all the lights. Even had a GS25 attached to the signature hotel which was very convenient if you needed a quick snack or anything. Hotel was pretty close walking distance to metro station as well as plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Overall had an excellent stay, great value. Only minor complaint was the carpeting in the hallway on the 9th floor looked pretty beat and stained.

I watched a 20-something woman blow her nose out in the swimming pool. It was disgusting. I had picked this hotel partly for the fact that it has a nice pool...HAD a nice pool. She ruined the evening. The rest of the hotel is clean and comfortable. Shame that 1 guest feels so entitled that everyone should suffer due to her lack of common sense and hygiene.

I had no big issues with the hotel. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The attached cafe and bakery is fantastic! You get free water daily and coffee and tea. There's free espresso and water with ice in the lobby and a microwave. But for full disclosure, the hotel seems very new as there are a few things missing that seem standard in most hotels: no hooks for towels, no bathmat for the shower, no shelving in the shower, and water escapes the shower easily if the showerhead is directly facing down so without a bathmat things get wet quickly. If you use the facet at the sink at full power, it sprays a lot of water behind the basin. The AC instructions are super blurry and don't really help you to understand operating the panel, but managed to figure out how to keep it cool. Overall it was a good experience and we weren't in the room much except to sleep. Super convenient and close to the beach and other shopping and dining areas.
