The Grand Josun really look after you, nothing is too much trouble. It is positioned looking onto beach which is fabulous for walks and access to anything going on, we were lucky and a sand expo was on and there were entertainers and masses going on. Loads of great toiletries and towels plentiful. Our room was great and a good size and became HUGE because they needed to work we were put up in a suite! Wow it was like an apartment. Only downside to hotel was price of breakfast, I felt it was on the steep side. £30 each when you get go to a great restaurant in Busan and it wouldn’t cost that for 4 people. Thank you Josun for a wonderful stay!

It was a very good experience staying with the property. The rooms was spacious and the condition were top notch.The front desk staff were really helpful. They helped to book a jumbo taxi on the spot when we were not aware that it must be booked a day in advance. Overall quality was fine, but this is a 5 star hotel, so my expectations were a lot higher. The room was clean, but the road noise was quite high. The bathroom did not have ventilation so it always felt damp, and the shower spilled into the floor every time so it felt wet constantly. WIFI was disappointing as it lagged a lot, and the breakfast buffet was roughly $50 CAD, which is insanely overpriced.

This was an amazing stay with an amazing hotel. The staff were great and the room was fantastic. The view was amazing and it is so close to everything. The extra perks are fantastic. The food was top notch. Will stay again.
