Because of the centralized heating system of the hotel, we felt very warm and stuffy inside the room for the first 2 nights. The staff had to lend us an electric fan to use at night. Overall, the concierge team is helpful, specially the girl named Alex. There’s an outdoor pool but who would want to use it during winter time anyway. 😅
We booked the Superior Twin Room, got upgraded to Deluxe Twin located on the 27th floor.
The room has big bathroom but I’d rather have a bigger shower area than big toilet area. It’s such a waste of space.

Excellent concierge services- staff can speak English and try their very best to help n recommend good eating places. My hotel to stay whenever i visit Busan. Underground shopping and eating places.
