Staff very friendly and housekeeping are very responsive. Lobby can get pretty busy and it is nice being connected to a department mall with a grocery/deli in the basement. The perfume used in the hotel though was pretty strong in the hallways.

Perfect hotel for traveling foreigners. I wish I could give this hotel six stars. Check-in staff were able to speak English very well and were eager to store bags since room was not ready. Clean hotel room and common areas including the department store. The breakfast buffet and the downstairs bakery was delicious and high quality. I didn’t use the pool, gym or spa. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Excellent service!
