The room was compact but the experience was nice. The owner was kind and helped us out as much as he could. The view from our hotel was scenic every morning and afternoon. The location was right in the middle of most of the attractions.

Amazing Stay at Nampo Ocean 2 Heaven Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in the Nampo area of Busan! The property is modern, spotless, and very well-maintained, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly and kind staff. My mother is elderly and has mobility issues, and they provided a room closest to the elevator to minimize walking — a gesture that made a huge difference. The only drawback is that the room has a bathtub rather than an accessible shower, which isn’t ideal for my mother. However, I knew this before booking and chose the hotel anyway because it has an amazing traditional Korean spa downstairs, which my mother thoroughly enjoyed. For our two-night stay, not having a walk-in shower didn’t matter. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to taxis. This was truly one of our favorite hotel stays in Korea. The combination of comfort, convenience, and genuinely caring service made it exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Busan, especially families or those traveling with someone who needs extra care.

This place deserves more than 5 star. Our room has an excellent view of beautiful Busan Port. The hotel is pretty much beside Jegalchi Market. The staffs are friendly, attentive and helpful. The facility is clean and furnishings are top-notch. The room and bathroom look better than in the photos. The personal amenities were more comprehensive and thoughtful than any hotel I've ever seen. I wish we could stay in Busan for longer. There is one slight problem for those who would like to stay for a long time. There is only one washer/dryer set and we need to prebook it for 5 hour time slot. Washing and drying time adds up to 3 to 5 hours depending on the size of the load. One of my stay in Seoul has ceiling clothes rail and the other has drying rack. Some other hotels I went had a retractable drying rope. These may be good options for those who need to do laundry with limited time, or those coming back from the beach.

While the immediate area around the hotel is a little raw, the room itself was very modern, clean and comfortable. I think I had the best sleep here of the 4 hotels I stayed in in South Korea. Reception staff was very helpful

We chose this hotel because the size and location but the service exceeds our expectations. We wanted a strategic and somewhat local area that we can walk to food, preferably locally owned too. The view is definitely a great bonus. We also need a big room since we are in the mid of long travel and need to reorganize. That means a space to deal with 3 full size luggages and 3 carry-on. From experience, space in hotel room in East Asia is premium. So I'm very happy to find a family size room here and you can see how spacious it really is. At one point, we can open all luggages at once and still have plenty space to get around!!! Service also exceeded our expectations. We dropped off our 7 luggages at 9 am in the morning, did not check in until 7 pm. No problem at all. Reception is available 24 hrs so you can always go and get help with anything. Convini next door is also 24 hrs. David was especially helpful when we tried to book our way to Inchoen airport. He helped us by booking through his phone and we simply reimbursed him the cash. Did we mention that bank with international ATM is next door?Should have done this before wasting almost 2 hrs trying to book ourselves. Only regret is we didn't get a chance to use the traditional spa in the hotel. Would love to come back and stay longer.

The room was awesome and very conveniently located to the subway and bus stops. The owner gave us lots of great tips to local food spots and we went to a few and they were all amazing. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Busan! Affordable and the room was big and comfortable. A plus is there is a self laundry service you can reserve and that’s a must for long trips! 10/10
