Above and beyond customer service

The family room was spacious and comfortable. Their customer service is what really won me over. Their staff went above and beyond to locate my cell phone that I had accidentally dropped in an Uber. I was worried that I had lost my phone forever but their staff tracked it down and I was reunited with my phone the next day. They called a cab company on my behalf and gave them directions to the police station where my phone was eventually taken by the Uber driver the night before. I truly appreciate what they did and I will always remember their service.

Perfect stay except for one thing. They lied about a city view with the reservation. The city view is of a solid cement wall. Not a view at all. Other than that it is a nice stay. Beautiful view on the rooftop. The bridge lights up at 8 pm each night.

Overall good but noise issue could be improved

Pretty decent except soundproof wasn't. The floor above people ran shower/bath and that was kind of noisy. There was a small residue of blood on a blanket. Maybe wash machine didnt take it off completely. Overall it was decent thinking about the price and how spaceous it was. Just noise issue. I'd have more problems woth that if i have stayed more days.
