This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and welcoming. The hotel was lovely and well located. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby so no need to pay the extortionate hotel breakfast price. Very comfortable beds and linen in a spacious well laid out room. Has a guest lounge with free coffee and some soft drinks at various times throughout the day with various sparkling wine options from 5pm till 8pm very pleasant when you can get in. At busy times you can pop down and they will call your room when a space opens.

Beautiful, impressive property with polite, attentive staff. Breakfast had amazing variety, delicious food. Loved the perk of admission to the private Salon with champagne happy hour and snacks throughout the day. Having both an indoor and heated outdoor pool and hot tub was another favorite amenity.

I don't even know where to be begin... this hotel was beyond fabulous. From the moment you step onto the property you feel luxurious! The staff were remarkable, the room was beyond 5 stars, everything about the location was great. We did some lovely evening walks on the beach, had some great snacks along the way. Perfect location to say the least!

Hotel is very nice. However, everything closes early. After 10 pm nothing is open - not even the hotel bar. Feelt a little too quiet and lonely. Great pool and excellent breakfast. However - not possible to enjoy a drink on the sun beds (not allowed even with plastic glasses)

Everything is so clean, the outdoor pool was very heated - it was amazing! The kids lounge is pretty big - a play area, slide and climbing structures, our kids couldn't get enough! The location is connected to a mall and tons of food options- super convenient. It's a quick walk over to the sky capsules as well! The service here is like nothing we've experienced before, staff ready to help at every corner and they prepared our room with kids bathroom amenities, a stool, bedrail. We highly recommend!
