Enjoyable stay at Tinto Hotel Busan

It was amazing, Leo the owner was friendly and gave us very good pointers as we went out to sight see or eat. He went the extra mile for us and made us feel at home. The room was clean, and amenities were new. We felt comfortable & slept well. The subway was really close by too. There was a convenient store 2 mins away, and yummy food 3-5 mins away.

Friendly and informative reception. Clean room with stable WiFi signal. Located close to Seomyeon so easy to get around. Subway line 1 and 2 are 5 to 10min walk distance.

This was a nice boutique hotel, European-minimalist style but designed with Korean style heated flooring (ondol) which maintained a pleasant ambient temperature. The owner is very friendly and gave me some really good tips and where to go and what to eat. Highly recommended.

Nice and comfort stay

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Beomil subway (exit 2) station, 2 station from Seomyeon and location was good (not too crowded) and there have a local restaurant. Everything was very good, comfortable bed and owner was very nice&friendly. Highly recommended to stay here^^.

Worth it

The hotel is relatively new and superbly clean. It is not so easy to find but Google Maps was accurate, even if the taxi could not locate it. Note that it is down an alley which taxis cannot directly access but it is only a short walk. Just use Google and you'll find it. There is a lot of nightlife in the area and convenience stores but I only stayed one night and the area was convenient for me (so I can't say generally if it is a good area). The reception staff was immensely helpful and ordered a taxi when I needed one for the airport. I hailed taxis on one of the major streets nearby otherwise.

男の店員はとても親切で、タクシーを呼んでくれたり、傘を貸してくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりととても親切でした。しかし夜間勤務の女性の店員は態度が悪かったです。排水溝が詰まってシャワーの水が流れないと伝えると、こちら側が悪いと言われ、髪の毛が詰まってるなど注意されました。しかし次の日のシャワーでは全く詰まらず。掃除がしっかりできていなかったのだと思われます。残念な点でした。男性よ店員に対応して頂いていたらこのようなことにはなっていなかったと思います。

清潔、親切

地下鉄の汎一（ビヨミル）駅からほど近く、奥まったところにある。設備は新しく、とても清潔で快適。ただ湯沸しポットやお茶、コーヒーどころか、歯磨き用のコップも置いてなかった（ホテルスタッフの置き忘れか？）。フロントのお兄さんはとても親切で、近くのおいしいサムゲタンの店を、わざわざ連れて行って教えてくれた。この対応にはカムサハムニダ。

非常喜歡飯店的風格，簡約整齊，房間很乾淨，住起來很舒適，可以看出飯店老闆很用心在經營，同時也了解旅行的人的需要。進入飯店的入口雖是小巷，但小路上放置了一盆盆的盆栽，除了能綠化，當從大路轉入小巷時，也讓人有種耳目一新的感覺，很有巧思。來的時候計程車司機似乎找不到路，很感謝飯店老闆一路上打了數次電話給司機，持續確認我們一行人有在正確的路途上，讓我們覺得很安心。另外飯店老闆的品味很棒，介紹我們去的餐廳跟景點都很優質，下次來釜山玩會再來住，很棒的一次住宿經驗。

CP值很高的飯店，男老闆服務超像朋友，女老闆就差強人意

房間乾淨，各方面都很不錯，位置也很方便，主要是男老闆服務超好，態度親切，隨時關心推薦好吃的、還幫忙叫計程車，甚至提供電話給我們，交待若超過某行情就要司機打給他，因為不合理的價格他可以檢舉。男老闆各方面服務超級讓人安心，提供各種協助或建議，大推男老闆的各種貼心服務，讓人非常安心。 但可惜的是房間馬桶很容易堵住，上廁所有些心驚驚，跟櫃台小姐反應後，竟是拿通馬桶那支給房客自己通，第一次踫到住飯店要自己桶馬桶的事。 加上房間沒衣櫃，雙人房總共也只有2支衣架分著用，也沒其它櫃子可置放、晾掛衣服，跟女櫃檯小姐詢問是否可以多借幾支衣架，雙人房各1支衣架根本不夠用，但女櫃檯小姐卻很小氣，說你們房間不是已經有2支了? 最後在不斷拜託下才願意借出1個衣架，掛置衣服是個問題。 還有網上人家分享的飯店盥洗包，似乎已有改變內容，這次去並無刮胡刀，僅有牙刷/膏、海棉、小香皂及幾支棉花棒，但男老闆人很好，跟我們說若消耗品用完不夠可以再跟他要，因為我們是連續住很多天的，牙膏一定會用完，所以男老闆就再給我們2支牙刷/膏。 地理位置很好，只是飯店在巷子中不好找，但附近很多餐廳好吃的、男老闆的服務也超級有家的感覺，CP值很高，只是下次要自備多點衣架和上廁所多加注意一些即可。

Few minutes walk from Beomil Station. Convenient location for visitors to Songdo, Taejongdae, Gamcheon Cultural Village and Seomyeon. Owner of the Hotel is very nice. He gave suggestion to good restaurants nearby. The bed is comfortable and room size is good for 2 travellers.
