I cannot begin to explain the lovely quality of people in this hotel. The service is amazing, the food too, so many animals around the property, its just gorgeous. I would always recommend this hotel to anyone. People here go out of their way to help you and accommodate to your needs. 5 stars definitely.

Perhaps the Nicest Place I've Ever Stayed.

This was an incredible all-around experience. Shout-out to Neal and Muzi, our ranger and tracker. They were a great team and very fun to be around; they were also extremely talented and we were able to see all of the Big Five plus cheetahs and many other animals as well. Neal was super knowledgeable and we saw something major on every game drive while also learning a lot about the animals and the bush in general throughout. The hotel was amazing and the staff was great. They paid attention to every detail. We were on our honeymoon and arrived to champagne, a bubble bath, and a romantic dinner in our room. They pulled out all the stops and everything was great, lodging, food, drinks etc. There were also other well-orchestrated surprises I wouldn't want to spoil! Would highly recommend!

Really couldn't ask for much more

Granted, it was incredibly pricey. But for that princley sum you do receive a five+ star treatment from beginning to end. The staff were amazing - from the initial welcome they do everything possible to accomodate your every need. Divine all-inclusive food, game drives, and facilities made for the perfect experience. I absolutely loved the experience and would return in a heartbeat. Virtually impossible to want anything more.

The perfect safari

Right from the time we first booked to our departure, we were treated like family - royal family! Every detail is perfect. The staff made us feel like we were all good friends from a long time back, especially our driver and tracker. The meals are exquisite with great choices, including some game. The rooms are opulent and extremely comfortable. Our driver and tracker was able to find every animal we hoped to see, including two male lions who had just brought down a cape buffalo. We also saw three adult female lions with six cubs, leopards, hippos, and wild dogs - so many animals I can't list them all!
