Overlooking the surrounding mountains, the villa 'Finca Boubou' impresses guests with its fantastic views. The single-storey, 110 m² house comfortably sleeps 6. It comprises a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed (in the living room), 2 shower rooms.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services (Chromecast TV, the house's Netflix subscription is available to guests), air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Families with children are welcome, and a cot and high chair are available free of charge.
Full linen is provided, including pool/beach towels.
This villa has a beautiful, fully landscaped and fenced outdoor area. It benefits from a private swimming pool, garden, furnished covered terrace, gas barbecue/plancha and outdoor shower. In addition, guests have access to a rooftop solarium where they can enjoy exceptional mountain views.
The property is close to the Canelobre cave, the magnificent beaches of El Campello, Alicante's Santa Barbara castle and the Bonalba golf course. It is at the start of magnificent hiking and mountain-biking trails and the Cabeço d'or climbing routes.
Two secure parking spaces are available on the property, and street parking is free. A garage is available for bikes and motorcycles.
