The Space:

Bluewater Retreat boasts two light-filled living rooms, each equipped with a TV, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a pod coffee machine for a perfect start to the day. Please note that while the bathrooms have been fully renovated, the rest of the house retains its cozy, comfortable charm.



This home offers flexibility and comfort with four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite. The second bedroom provides a king bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms have trundle beds (two singles each), ideal for children or additional guests. Please let us know if you would like the extra trundle beds made up.



Both bathrooms offer a fresh, modern feel. The master ensuite provides a private retreat, while the second bathroom features a beautiful bathtub—perfect for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach.



Step into the expansive, pet-friendly backyard, perfect for outdoor dining and social gatherings. The large enclosed yard ensures safety for pets and children alike. The outdoor area has a BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco meals. Plus, you're just a short walk from the beach, where you can relax by the gentle waves of Geographe Bay.



Guest Access:

Bluewater Retreat is located in a peaceful coastal neighbourhood. You’ll have access to a nearby boat ramp for water activities, and Tonic by the Bay bar and café are nearby for a relaxed meal or drink. The Broadwater Shopping Centre is also just a short drive away, providing all your shopping essentials.



Getting Around:

Cross the road for beautiful relaxing walks along the beach. Take a 5 minute drive into the centre of Busselton town.

Leavers

Please note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.



Pets

This property is pet-friendly, with a $95 pet fee per stay and a maximum of two pets permitted per stay. All pets must be approved and disclosed prior to arrival. Pets must not be left unattended. Guests must ensure all pet waste is cleaned up; any waste or excessive animal hair left at the property will incur an additional cleaning fee.



We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



**Air conditioning is available in the second lounge room and kitchen only, and two portable fans are provided for additional cooling.
