Summary:
This secluded bushland retreat offers space, privacy, and a true connection to the natural landscape, just minutes from Injidup Beach. Two living areas, a wood fireplace, and wraparound alfresco spaces create room to gather or unwind, while the chef's kitchen with its Corian island is designed for long meals and big groups. Wake to kangaroos grazing nearby, spend your days exploring the coast and cellar doors, then return for star-filled evenings beneath wide open skies.
The Space:
Set within 1.8 hectares of native bushland, this private retreat is immersed in the sights and sounds of the Margaret River region. Surrounded by open skies and established trees, the home offers a peaceful setting where kangaroos are often spotted at dawn and evenings are spent beneath a canopy of stars. Generous proportions and a thoughtful layout create space for both gathering and quiet moments, making it equally suited to family holidays, group getaways, and longer stays.
At the centre of the home, the chef's kitchen brings everyone together. A substantial Corian island provides space to prepare local produce, share a grazing platter, or settle in with a bottle from a nearby winery. The adjoining dining area flows naturally into the main living space, where large windows frame views of the surrounding bushland. As temperatures cool, the wood fireplace becomes the heart of the home, creating a cosy place to reconnect after a day spent exploring the coast, vineyards, or walking trails. A second living area offers additional flexibility, whether it's a quiet place to read, watch a film, or give different generations room to spread out.
Wraparound alfresco areas extend the living space outdoors, creating multiple places to enjoy the landscape throughout the day. Start the morning with coffee while listening to birdsong, enjoy long lunches in the fresh air, or settle in as the light changes across the bushland. The expansive grounds provide plenty of room for children and four-legged companions to explore while still maintaining a sense of privacy and seclusion.
The accommodation is arranged across four bedrooms, including two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a custom bunk room ideal for families with kids. Three bathrooms help make mornings effortless, while laundry facilities add convenience for extended stays. Guests have exclusive access to the home and surrounding grounds, with ample off-street parking available throughout the property. Note that the garage is not available for guest use.
This home is supplied by rainwater tanks, so we kindly ask guests to use water thoughtfully during their stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the entire home, gardens, and surrounding bush block. A secure lockbox makes self check-in easy. Garage space is not available for use.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled between bush and coastline, this home places you within easy reach of some of the Margaret River region's most celebrated natural attractions. Injidup Beach is just a short drive away, known for its turquoise water, surf breaks, and dramatic coastal scenery. Nearby walking trails wind through native landscapes, while cellar doors, breweries, and acclaimed restaurants are scattered throughout the surrounding wine country. Yallingup's beaches, galleries, and cafés are also within easy reach, offering a relaxed mix of outdoor adventure and local flavour.
