Easy walking distance you reach the bakery, supermarket, pedestrian area, wave pool and main beach. Thus, an evening stroll in the Alleestraße (pedestrian) is no obstacle.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, leider war die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung nicht so gut, die Balkontür undicht. Große Badewannen mit zu kleinen Duschvorhang.

Im Spiegelschrank im Bad war ein grosses Büschel Haare hinterlegt! Total ekelhaft! Es gab nur einen Miniföhn, der kaum pustete und so schnell heiß lief, dass er aus ging und erst wieder nach einer Weile nutzbar war!

Urlaub mit Abstrichen

Büsum ist wunderschön. Allerdings die FeWo hätte von der Ausstattung und Einrichtung ein Upgrade dringend nötig. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche lies zu wünschen übrig. Nach unserer Beschwerde darüber wurde uns ein Nachlass gewährt. (Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war nicht die Angenehmste!) Da die Wohnung direkt am Hafen liegt, wären sicherlich Fliegengitter an Fenster und Türe sinnvoll investiertes Geld. (Mückenplage!) Wir benötigten zwar kein Internet, aber für die Zukunft wäre es bestimmt ein Pluspunkt, denn Glasfaser liegt ja jetzt am Grundstück. Fazit dieses Urlaubes: wir sehen Büsum sicherlich irgendwann wieder, aber bestimmt nicht mehr in dieser FeWo.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Ich hätte mir einen Wäscheständer zum trocknen für die Badesachen gewünscht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben diese Wohnung das 2. Mal gemietet. Für 2 Personen (+ Hund) völlig ausreichend. Es ist alles da, was man so benötigt. Allerdings waren wir beim ersten Mal im September vor drei Jahren dort - da war es insgesamt wärmer. Jetzt hätte vielleicht jemand dran denken können, dass die Wohnung mehrere Tage nicht geheizt und somit völlig ausgekühlt war, so dass es zunächst mal einen Tag dauerte, bis die Temperaturen ohne Decke langsam angenehm wurden. Tipp zur Ausstattung: Für Flecken im Sesselpolster gibt es Reiniger, und eine Microwelle ist eigentlich allmählich überall Standard! Trotzdem war es mal wieder ein schöner (der x-te) Aufenthalt, auch wenn viele Geschäfte noch im Winterschlaf waren oder renoviert wurden.

Kann man empfehlen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, für meine Begriffe könnte in der heutigen Zeit auch eine Microwelle vorhanden sein, die leider fehlte. Es gibt zwar zu jeder Wohnung einen Parkplatz, die sind aber sehr klein und eng. Wenn jemand dann mal nicht genau parkt gibt es Probleme. Vor allen dann wenn man familiär bedingt mit einem größeren Auto als einem Golf anreist. Auch könnte der Verwalter etwas freundlicher sein, wenn man Ihn kontaktieren muss. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden auch jederzeit wieder gerne dorthin fahren.
