The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen furnished with 6 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a small dining table. On this same level, you will find 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm, accompanied by a private shower and WC, as well as an additional shower and WC available for general use.

The first upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and houses 3 further bedrooms. The first of these features a French bed measuring 160 cm with a private shower and WC. The second room on this level is fitted with 2 single beds, while the third bedroom offers a French bed measuring 140 cm, a private shower and WC, and a double hand-basin.

The second upper floor, also reached via a spiral staircase, contains the fifth and final bedroom, which is appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm and a private shower and WC. Parquet flooring runs throughout all levels of the property, lending the interiors a refined and cohesive aesthetic.
