Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Deichhaus Meeresrauschen insgesamt genossen – die ruhige Lage eignet sich gut für entspannte Tage an der Nordsee, und auch Fedderwardersiel ist ein schönes, kleines Örtchen. Es gibt jedoch einige Punkte, die wir im Sinne zukünftiger Gäste anmerken möchten.Die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht abschließen – trotz mehrfacher Hinweise an den Vermieter wurde das Problem erst am letzten Tag erkannt. Es fehlte schlicht der komplette Schließmechanismus. Auch die Waschmaschine war defekt, obwohl das Problem laut Vermieter bekannt war – schade, gerade bei Regenwetter wäre sie hilfreich gewesen.Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, was für uns kein Problem ist. Die Küche war allerdings stark abgenutzt, mit klemmenden oder sich lösenden Schubladen. Die steile Ententreppe ins Obergeschoss ist nicht kindersicher und auch für Erwachsene eine Herausforderung – wir zogen daher in Erwägung, im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen, mussten das Sofa aber erst gründlich reinigen.Außen war der Rasen um den Spielbereich sehr hoch, und bei den Mülltonnen lag Unrat. Der Ferienpark selbst wirkt ungepflegt, was sich auch in anderen Bewertungen widerspiegelt.Positiv hervorzuheben sind der gepflegte Spielbereich mit neuem Trampolin sowie das modern und sauber ausgestattete Badezimmer – beides hebt den Gesamteindruck deutlich.Fazit: Das Haus hat Potenzial, braucht aber an mehreren Stellen dringend Wartung.

Sehr schönes Haus

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Haus. Alles was benötig wurde war vorhanden. Der einzige Nachteil war das der Rasen in schlechtem zustand war und der Weg zum Grill ein kleines Abenteuer. Der Grillrost sollte auch mal erneuert werden, ansonsten ist das Haus nur zu Empfehlen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, ruhig und der Deich und das Watt nur ein paar Meter entfernt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub ( Oktober 2023 )in diesem Haus. Wir waren mit 2 Familien ( 3 Kinder ) und 2 Hunden da, der Platz war ausreichend. Für die Kinder war ausreichend gab es viele Spielmöglichkeiten und die Sauberkeit im Haus war gut. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder

Wunderschöner Nordseeurlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön! Es ist so groß, dass jeder genug Platz hat, die Kleinen zum Spielen, innen oder außen. Die Teenager zum Zurückziehen. Die Kontaktperson Frau Klein hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alle wichtigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit geteilt! Das war Gold wert und wir haben fast alles genau so gemacht wie empfohlen. Die Bademöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind sehr schön und am besten hat uns die Wanderung ins Watt mit Nils von "Wattschnack" gefallen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Traumhaft

Ich bin mit meinem Mann und 3 Kindern hingefahren. Das Objekt war sehr groß und bot viel Platz zum spielen. Es war sehr sauber und ausreichend Stauraum und Platz hatte man auch. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Die Menschen sind herzlich und ich werde gerne wieder hinfahren :)
