Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, dass es sich bei dem Ferienobjekt um eine so große Wohnanlage handelt. Das war bei der Buchung nicht erkennbar. Die Schlafcouch war mit sehr vielen, großen Flecken überhäuft. Sehr unangenehm. Die Anlage an sich war gepflegt. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten uns viel draußen aufhalten. Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig.

Hätte besser sein können

Es sind ei ige dinge die in der anziege stehen aufgelistet die es nicht gibt. Dazu gehören zb. der Ofen, einen innenliegenden Pool (wüsste nicht wo) und einen Geschirrspüler. Wie oben beschrieben gibt es kein 2. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzellbetten. Die Wohnung sieht auf den Fotos echt gemütlich aus, ist aber eher in die Jahre gekommen. Die deko ist Geschmackssache, zusammen gewürfelte Lampen wo nur eine richtig funktionierte. Eine Kurkarte wurde mir auch nicht zugesendet. Die lage ist dafür echt Top. Kurze wege zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Zum einkaufen sollte man mit dem Auto fahren was aber nicht lange ist. Wenn das Wetter gut ist verbringt man viel Zeit im Wasser oder Watt. Wir würden die Wohnung wohl nicht nochmal nehmen.

Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau

Im letzten jahr waren wir schon einmal da. Da wurde uns gesagt das eine neue küche kommt da das licht von der dunstabzugs haube defekt war und die küche nicht mehr die schönste war. Leider ist dieses nicht passiert. Das Geschirr ist sehr zusammen gewürfelt und viel zu überfüllt die schränke. Im badezimmer der abfluss der dusche hat sehr gestunken. Auch dieses könnte mal etwas modernisiert werden genau wie die Teppiche. Die nähte des ledersofas zeigen auch langsam das alter. Das sind nur kleine tipps. Sonst war die wohnung sauber. Leider haben wir nur die sender ard zdf und MDR bekommen warum auch immer. Letztes jahr ging da viel mehr pro7 rtl usw. Wunderschön ist der ausblick vom balkon und die nähe zur einkaufs Straße.. Eine Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick mehr nicht

Die Lage ist super. Der Blick aufs Meer schön, vom Balkon aus. Leider ist diese Wohnung gar nicht für einen Urlaub bei niedrigen Temperaturen geeignet. Diese Nachtspeicheröfen absolut veraltet, dass die gar nicht gegen die abstrahlende Kälte der Wände (einseitig Außenwand), die große Fensterfront (ja, es gibt Jalousien) und des gefliesten Fußbodens ankommen. Einzig der Heizstrahler im Bad hat einen wärmenden Ort geschaffen. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer dürfte wenigstens mal eine neue Isolierung sehen, denn ob geöffnet oder geschlossen der Wind pfeift einfach durch und dank des Nachtspeicherofens, der leider bei Anreise so minimal angeschaltet war, das man es dort nur mit dickem Pullover ausgehalten hat, macht eine Heizung schon fast keinen Sinn. Lassen sich diese Öfen ja leider nur mit einem Tag Verzögerung regulieren, weil sie am Tag nur die Wärme abgeben, die am Vortag eingestellt wurde, mühselig... wenn man gerne ein paar Tag im Herbst/Winter ausspannen möchte. Bin wirklich nicht sehr Kälte-empfindlich, aber eine gewisse konstante Wohlfühltemperatur sollte vorhanden sein. Fazit: nach dem ersten empfinden schön, nach 2 Std Aufenthalt ist es nur noch okay.

Die Wohnung hat ihren Namen "Meerblick" zu Recht. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick zum Entspannen.

Die Wohnung ist größtenteils modern eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich aber trotzdem wohl. Der "Meerblick" ist wunderschön, sowohl tagsüber als auch bei Dunkelheit. Der Weg zum Meer/Strand ist nicht weit. Unser Hund hat sein erstes Meererlebnis auch genossen ☺️
