The Villa Linus invites you to relax and unwind on an area of approx. In the spacious living / dining area is a cozy leather sofa is facing the large TV. The dining area is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs. In the 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds upstairs, 1 room with 2 single beds on the ground floor) is plenty of storage space is with many hangers. The kitchen (in May 2016 renewed) with ceramic hob, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, leaves no wish unfulfilled. The bath renovated in 2018, with a walk-in large shower, vanity, toilet and hairdryer offers plenty of space for cosmetics. The wider door to the bathroom makes it easier for people with disabilities to use.
The terrace, renovated in 2018 with 6 wicker chairs, a large table and a parasol invites you to cozy hours during the day and in the evening. Relax chairs (located in the woodshed behind the house) allow parents, while their children play or swing in the garden to relax. A large stainless steel grill provides the culinary well-being. A wagon (also in the shed) allows the transport of sand toys and picnic accessories.

Süßes Häuschen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man erreicht alles in schönen Spaziergängen zu Fuß. Es gibt nur 2 Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln wie, dass es nur einen Parkplatz gibt und wenn man mit 2 Familien kommt, muss einer das Auto ständig umparken. Und man musste selber herausfinden, was mitgebracht werden muss, wie zb Bettwäsche oder Handtücher. Es kam keine Info Mail . Ansonsten bedanken wir uns herzlich für den schönen schönen Kurzurlaub.

Kurzentschlossen zur Nordsee

Unser Aufenthalte war sehr schön das Haus steht in eine Siedlung mit vielen Häusern nur ein Katzensprung von der Nordsee entfernt Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet die Betten waren bereits bezogen ( kleiner Aufpreis wird fällig)Den Schlüssel haben wir nicht direkt vor Ort bekommen sondern in einem Vorort das ging aber super und wir bekommen Zügelung noch Tipps für die Gegend Also sehr empfehlenswert

EINE SCHÖNE WOCHE AN DER NORDSEE

Schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr gute Lage. Einrichtung ist genau wie beschrieben, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sauberkeit,,,,Daumen hoch. Obwohl wir ein paar Tage Regen hatten ,war es ein super schöner Urlaub ( Friesennerz sei Dank 😆). Wir können es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für einen super tollen Urlaub 👍👍👍

Tolles Häuschen in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Villa Linus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Kurzurlaub genießen dürfen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug um allerlei Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Im Hafen in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Laden in dem es Lebensmittel und Brötchen gibt. Die Brötchen müssen allerdings vorbestellt werden! Alles in allem eine top Unterkunft.

Nettes Häuschen in genialer Lage

Das kleine rote Dreieckshäuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage direkt hinter dem Deich ist toller Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge. Die Nähe zu Bremerhaven hat uns wegen der vielen Museen dort sehr gefallen. Frau Gramann war immer für Infos erreichbar. Also selbst im Herbst ist die Nordsee eine Reise wert.

Urlaub an der Nordsee im schönen Nurdachhaus

Das Objekt macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, sehr gemütlich. Die Aufteilung der Räume und die Einrichtung sind sehr gut. Leider (durch Corona ?) keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden (was wir nebenbei erst einen Tag vor Anreise erfuhren). Grundreinigung offensichtlich nicht genau ausgeführt (klebrige Badregale, Staubflusen unter Bett). Anregung für Ausstattung: Zukünftig wären Topfuntersetzer/-Lappen gut.

Silvester 2019/2020

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sie war sehr nett und hat sich schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Die Agentur war wiederum nicht ganz so nett und eher kurz angebunden. Bei der Sauberkeit können wir nur 4/5 vergeben- da wir den ein oder anderen Essensrest noch gefunden haben. Ein paar Trinkgläser und Brettchen wären noch toll gewesen. Aber alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben ein Familienurlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen gemacht! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gemütlich! An der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt! Das Badezimmer ist klein aber modern und praktisch! Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und versicherte uns das es neue Matratzen geben wird ! Woran man erkennt das das Haus auch weiterhin komfortabel bleibt! Wir werden das Haus Immerwieder gerne buchen!

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir haben das Pfingstwochenende dort verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist echt toll!!! Der kleine Hafen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist gleich ums Eck und es gibt viel zu unternehmen...Rad fahren, baden, Minigolf, reiten (der Reithof gegenüber der Lagune ist seehhr zu empfehlen, auch für Ausritte!!) Im ganzen......TOLL!!!!!

Ein schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was der Urlauber braucht. Als 6-köpfige Familie hatten auch wir hier genügend Platz. Unsere Kinder haben sich sowohl mit den Schaukeln vor dem Haus als auch auf dem riesigen Spielplatz des Ferienparks gut beschäftigt. Der Ferienpark ist direkt hinter dem Deich und einen kurzen Spaziergang führt zum Wasser (Watt) und zum Hafen. Die Gegend bietet vor allem Radfahrer schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Vielleicht ein einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wenn man schon wirbt mit "familienfreundlich" dann würde man als Familie mit Kindern schon mindestens 1 Hochstuhl und 1 Kinderbett erwarten. Kinderbetten konnten aber auch ohne Probleme gemietet werden.

Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für eine Auszeit vom Alltag

Von der Villa Linus ist es nur ein kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Meer -der Hafen ist etwa 600 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus selbst bietet neben Gemütlichkeit alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Wir waren im Winter da und es war super für ein paar Tage abschalten zu können. Obwohl es wirklich kalt war, hatten wir es im Haus sehr gemütlich und vor allem auch warm. Zu dem günstigen Preis lässt sich sicherlich nur schwer was besseres finden. Danke für den schönen Kurzurlaub und bis vielleicht bald mal wieder
